Defination   

Computer Network

Computer network is the inter-connection of the two or more computer or other computing devices ,either with wired media or wireless with the purpose of sharing information,resources or other purposes is called as computer network.

      Ancient work of sharing information tarting from carrying the information the  hand or other signal mechanism and continuous improvement lead to the current network method.In ancient method the information was transformed among the using the method of pigeon letter carrying ,drum beating ,bell ringing , fire signal etc which were not the convenient way of message transmission .So the continuous development of this mechanism lead to  the complected network called as computer network.
     The devices that are connected to form a computer network are called as a nodes.The nodes include computer ,router,switches,hubs,etc. This nodes has the different purpose of using in a network.

Types of Computer Network Connection

The computer network may be connected either wirelessly or with a wire system And classified as :

1) Wired Connection
2) Wireless Connection

  Applications of computer network

 In today world in every places there is a computer network.The network application ranges from the small room ,a house ,a place,country to the whole world.As a summary a world is connected in a single network.
