2.                LITERATURE REVIEW



Through the development of human evolution, man had discovered machines to perform the complex task in simple way. The development continued from the development of low level technology to high level technology. The aim of every level of technology is to assist the human task and multiplying the development process. Among various technology robotics is one of the high level technology performing the task analogous to human in more efficient way. It may also have some ability to distinguish and data on physical environment, to process data and to respond to various stimuli. This is in contrast to a simple mechanical device which does tasks thorough purely mechanical process and motion on the control of appropriate signals. The entire world is experiencing the burgeoning interest in the field of technology. Considering the revolutionary development on the robotic world we themed our project on robot control. Being the member of engineering society we play a vital role in changing the society according to the time and need, and hence to make life easier we forward this project.



Robotics is the most evolving field of science and technology these days. Every job in this world is getting automated in seek of improved efficiency and accuracy. Our project is not entirely new concept. Every year one project from final year is on robot from our college. But new concept in our project is the robotic arm that is controlled using wireless joystick. We successfully designed and devised robotic arm with servos and fiber glass whereas joystick with potentiometer and fiber glass. We consulted different websites and research papers including encyclopedias that supports in our project. We also consulted our teaching faculty for some vital information.
